How to use a DJ Mixer 101
anyone spotted something wrong here?
Well from the beginning I notice that there is DEFINATLY something wrong with their attire LOL. But I’m in class so I can’t really watch the vid.
I know that they use Ableton to DJ so maybe they mapped the mixer or something?
I don’t know very much about Ableton DJing so I’m not sure what you can do.
i’m pretty sure they didn’t map the headphone volume button to anything. and flicking the crossfader didn’t seem to do much anyway as eqing channel that had it’s fader all the way down
Ah well I don’t know, lol. I didn’t notice much changing in the song too.
Maybe they did just BS that set.
100% they did, that was the point i was trying to get across… oh well
If they’re using Ableton (possible, with those LP’s scattered around the place) they might only need 1 channel on the mixer.
Channel 1 is always open on that video - I bet THAT’S what they’re doing…
