How to use an S4 (in a club) without any other mixer?
Hi i am going to mix in a club with just a traktor S4. There will be no other mixer where i can plug my S4 into.
(i usualy plug my S4 on the deck 4 of the mixer).
So how can i do it ?
They have a sound system, right?
TRS to XLR from the S4 to the sound system.
Hard to say what you need without knowing what inputs their system has or how it’s set up.
most likely their system has an XLR input which goes straight to the first am or to the first BASS BIN where a speaker is powered off of
You need to either use your RCA or 1/4" output on the back of your S4
and have the other end of the wire to be XLR going into their stuff.
All you really should need is TWO wires. both of them need to be 1/4" to XLR
Get yourself a REALLY long pair (10 feet?)
