Don’t think Howard Stern plays records any more if he ever really did.
He’s a talkshow host, not a DJ, guys. He used to be on my local radio station (rebroadcast/syndicated/whatever) and music was not a part of his show at all. I used to listen to him on my morning commute to school when I’d forgotten my iPod.
Also, for the record: Stern and his cohorts love to rip on things they know nothing about, and occasionally it’s actually satire. He’s kind of a douchebag but that’s his schtick. The whole point is you’re not really supposed to take him seriously, so I’d take this with a grain of salt.
