I built a DJ app that gives your sets a reactive visual stage — looking for honest feedback

Long-time lurker around the forum, finally made an account. I’m a Brazilian developer and I’ve spent the last months building KimiSound, a DJ tool with two main pieces:

  1. Library side: automatic organization — offline analysis (BPM/key/energy), tagging, style-based playlists. It cut my own prep time from hours to minutes.
  2. Stage Mode: a beat-synced visual show on screen — animated DJ reacting to the track’s energy, speaker stacks, crowd, laser/smoke FX. Fun for streams and for making sets feel “alive” on screen.

It’s Windows-only, freemium with a 14-day trial. I’m not here to drop a link and run — I genuinely want the harshest feedback you’ve got: does Stage Mode make sense for your workflow? What would you change? What’s missing for you to consider it over your current tool?

Thanks for reading — I’ll be around to answer everything.
