I got an S4 and love it but i sure was not happy to read this comment on a u tube video today.
it goes as followed:
Spoke to a Rep from Native Instruments and he claims that its better to wait till 2011 release (next version) as it going to be heaps better, this one was a rush job. Good thing he did cause I almost handed over $999 for it.

S4 just needs a soft update (EQ-FX routing for example), like every brand new piece of software. NOTHING is perfect 1 month after release
You can’t trust rumors, but Traktor did get the upgrade you had to purchase. I think anyway you go you will have to pay now or later for it.

It’s not impossible that the guy has been told to wait for Jan by an NI rep - it’s expected that they will announce the upgrade of the Traktor Pro line … sounds like a confusion to me …
