my buddy dave just got a new gig last week.
he plays drums for the mars volta now.
totally not dj related but. im just totally stoaked for my bro. hes been busting his ass for years, and its cool as hell to see anyone one of my friends make it big.

Grats to him, I’ve heard of Mars Volta before, so I’m going to go ahead and assume its a pretty big deal. I don’t listen to a lot of different types of music, so I’m not really on top of what ‘kids these days’ are listening to.

That is pretty sick.. Mars Volta are great! Seen them live twice and they gave it all on stage. Must be a pretty intens job playing drums for them. Congrats to your friend!
