I need some help! Have a gig in Sweden very soon…

Hey peeps,

Long time no see?! Well, been sick, dealing with breakup, and been busy building my LIVE gig that I am doing in Sweden in 3 weeks. Now, I need some help understanding somethings!

I have a Remote SL 25 that I am using for my live set, and I also use it for djing, but I have checked what you can CARRY ON on the plane, and the restrictions are 10 kilos. Now, recent posts here, made me a bit scared of NOT carrying on my equimpment.

So, I was thinking: “HEY, I can get the Korg Nano Controls, they will do me good in both Ableton for the Live act, and ALSO for djing with Traktor Pro”

My question of course then would be: Can I use TWO Nano Controls at the same time?!

and if SO then:

What I understand is that you can use scenes. So for me it would be Deck 1 and 3 on one controller and 2 and 4 on the other one. With scene 1 and 2 for each deck depending on the controller… You got my drift?!

Controller 1: Scene 1 Deck One. Scene 2 Deck 3
Controller 2: Scene 1 Deck Two. Scene 2 Deck 4

I Know that that I might be lazy to not search the web and blah, but I am looking for people with experience!

Thank you very much freaky people for helping me out! Love ya all!

Kind regards,

Nemo

Yeah you can use multiple nanos at the same time no problems and be able to do what you need them to.

Great to see you back nemo!
Was far too long, hope all’s a bit better now!

Concerning multiple nano’s, I agree with Bento.

Thank you tekk! Actually, it is nice to be back. Breaking up is always hard, this has not been a hard one though. As everyone knows, I am in Love with RSDJ anyways! :stuck_out_tongue: lolz

where in sweden is the gig ?

Great to hear you haven’t lost your sense of humor!
(But I will not go completely of topic for this one. )

Ok, gonna go and buy 2 of them in the afternoon now then  I think I will need a USB hub with more connections though haha

Malmo, South of Sweden.

Tekki. This thread can be hijacked now, since the question has been answered and case closed LOLZ!

And yeah, I am actually in Love again

Nice! But USB hub.. off.. I still try to stay away from these.

Here’s the celebration!

Nice man! That’s always good!

You can set the nano’s to output on different channels from each other. Download Korg’s software when you buy them. Easy as PIE.

You know no one has actually solved pie yet :stuck_out_tongue:

IDD…

But they have fixed it.

I thought they did?

Just get a netbook to calculate it!

Nope even with all the computing power in the world its impossible to calculate it to its true value. The amount of digits past the decimal point it goes to is infinite.

It’s only infinite until they find the end, unless it starts repeating…
