So glad to hear. I actually compiled a playlist for a new years eve party at a popular bar here in chicago. My group of friends rented out the private bar downstairs near the restrooms, and they have a live DJ upstairs. People who came downstairs actually popped their heads in and would ask who the DJ is downstairs… they all kept asking me who he was and saying how much better he was than the guy upstairs… I wasn’t even mixing!! I just had great song selection and strung them together to create an energy flow. That is the moment I wanted to be a DJ.
good track selection is just a skill you cannot learn.
