I think my mixer is irreversibly broken. Please help.

So a couple months ago I bought a Korg Zero 4 over ebay from a respected Dutch company.
I got it in the mail, turns out they sent it to me in broken condition. Cueing did not work. There was a fader (FX dry/wet) glued shut from the inside. Half torn off stickers still on. And some other stuff that just wasn’t right. Anyways as patient as I am I contacted them and kindly asked them to fix it.

Yesterday I got my mixer in the mail for a second time. I thought everything was fixed.
But I can’t get the master FX and the loops to work. I can set all the parameters and I can hear the loop/FX through the headphones when I press cue but whatever I do that sound doesn’t make it to my speakers.
The dry/wet is controlled by that dodgy fader.

Am I doing it wrong maybe ? Did those Dutch guys send me a broken mixer, TWICE ?
This can’t be happening.

Korg zero 4 users please help me out. I’m desperate.

file a dispute with paypal ASAP. If it’s been a couple months it may be to late.

Don’t file a complaint yet. Get ahold of the company again, they probably don’t know the gear is broken before they send it, and you might just be an unlucky dude twice in a row.

They are a company, not some guy selling his gear. They want you as a customer, and if they are reputable like you say, you should be able to work something out. Who knows, maybe they will throw something in for your troubles.
