id3 v1 tags mp3

Hello

i have a problem with ID3 V1 tags i delete them and disable in id3 editor on mac but after some time they are again there and i dont know why dose one of the software turn them on again?

Traktor 2 pro
iTunes
Mixed In Key 4

Ive tested every one possible variations of using them but cant find witch one make ID3 V1 tags visible again.

Traktor updates Tags to ver2.4 during analysis.
iTunes will ignore v1 if there is a v2 tag written .
No idea what M.I.K does.
