Impossible to map source selector for loop recorder?

I just started mapping my launchpad to use most of the loop recorder functions. I want to switch the loop recorder for either a remix deck (via the CUE) source or an external source (via the AUX). This selector doesn’t seem mappable. Am I missing something?

You are correct. The Loop Recorder source isn’t mappable at this point…
I’m looking forwards to seeing that mapping feature as well.

I worked around it in a way that should work for me. I just leave it set to cue, and then have four other buttons to turn cue on/off for each deck.

The only catch with setting source to CUE is that it grabs the audio before Faders and Post-Fader effects adjust the sound.

I wonder how. I expect them to have DJs test their software and equipment and give feedback. I can only think of “Oh, don´t bother me with every little teenie-weenie improvement when we got the big [SUPERBUG-FIX/STEM-TRACKS/S8/STEP-SEQUENCER/“name your own”] coming, all right!” :wink:

For my use case, it would actually be perfect if I could assign it to a given deck, post-fader/fx, and of course control that assignment via midi :disappointed:
