Do you want a $64,000 turntable?

cause I know I do

Id hate to think what new needles on that thing costs.

Yeah and you can have 4 of thew :stuck_out_tongue:

Would love to hear it in action though!

Why does it need 4 tone arms?

So you can put qberts record on it and scratch 4 samples at the same time… or something…

Id like to see someone do a spinback withOUT knocking any of the tone arms lol

It says so in the article…

you have 4 tone arms at different weights with different needles on it to get better sound off of different styles of music.

That doesnt sound nearly as exciting as my idea :stuck_out_tongue:

I think your idea is pretty damn awesome. BUT, I don’t know how reliable I’d find that magnet to not fuck everything up

With? Without would be demanding more skill.

But 4 needles, perhaps 4 times the bandwidth of 1 needle? Still funky how they’d get 4 needles synched.

Edited :stuck_out_tongue:

Much better!

Maybe you can use the different tone arms as cue points somehow, like a hardware cuepoint :stuck_out_tongue:

You ever see the R.A.K.E. needle. Kind of the same concept only with 2 tracks. And they have to be locked tracks. Its fun to play with. Not sure how popular it ever got.
