installed traktor 212 update and wiped all my playlists

hi all I’ve just installed the 2.1.2 update for tractor and have somehow managed to wipe all my playlists and preparation i have done on the tracks :rage: is there a way i can get all my files back or do i have to start again ???

I think traktor stores a backup, did it do a copy thingy first time you ran it?

yes it did the copy thing I’ve just found the back up thank the lord

Did you select to copy files when you started it again?

There’s a traktor 2.1.1 folder, or whatever the last version was you were using.

Why does this backup competely start fresh? Why did I lose all my prep and not other upgrades?

Just did this myself today too…it might help a little also.
