Instant Gratification + Hot Cue Mapping?

Hey all,

Does anyone have an instant gratification + hot cue mapping? With the IG mapping the top row controls the decks. I was thinking on the top row the two left buttons would control Deck A and Deck B effects and the right two would control Deck A and Deck B hot cues.

Anyone have something like this made or advice on how to map this? Thanks!
