Instant Gratification working only on Deck A

Hello, hope youll help me set my MF.

done the 4 corner trick, started the update exe file and thats the result:

got the same problem, Instant Gratification working only on Deck A (2+3+4 row)
while 1st row initiate deck B.

any suggestions?
