IPad and touch osc
Hi all … Santa clause dropped me an iPad in on the 25th.
With wireless being a bit of an issue when using traktor, is there any other way of using this setup? Or is the something i should be doing when connected to stop the spikes the wireless is on?
Well OS4.2 allows midi messages to be sent through USB via the Camera Connector kit that you can buy.
Really… Does touch osc allow this though?
nope, osc still goes over wifi. if you got a mac try out OSCulator it works like a charm
nah on pc. The only apple product in my life at the mo is an ipad.
I can confirm that Mac + OSCulator + ipad w/touch OSC works like a charm.
theres a tutorial for midi yoke for windows but the page is down. i tweeted the touch osc guys about it asking if there was a mirror. ill keep you posted.
