Issues with Traktor and Audio 4 - Please Help

Friend of mine has Traktor pro 2.5 (latest one) Hes on PC and it works fine with his internal soundcard, however when he plugs in his audio 4 - it is recognised by traktor but we cant get the tracks to play and sound to come out!!

Any ideas?

Try the USB2/ESATA port instead.
