Itch Serato VCI-300 problem ??

Hey Guys

I installed Itch Serato with the VCI-300 mixer and my computer recognized the mixer but the software doesnt and it keeps saying Hardware Disconnected. Does anyone know wut to do ?

Go on to serato website and install latest version of itch 1.0.5,and change usb cable the one you get with vci 300 is poor quality..
