whos actually gonna buy that?
I’m still to see how practical something like this would be to use. My personal experience with some of the touch osc stuff is that having to use a flat 2D surface to control knobs is more than slightly annoying after 5 mins use!! I can imagine this would bethe same!
Still they seem to be taking this very seriously which is more than I expected this time last year when the multitude of threads on this topic were popping up all over the place!
Lifetime liscense for the software alone is $500.
Oh god not again.
People talk about Dj’s putting on a “bad” performance. I, personally, would get nothing out of going to see someone touch a screen for a few hours. Dj’s are becoming more and more removed from the music they are playing. IMO.
Anyone know how much they actually want for the setup? I would venture somewhere between 3K$-5K$ just by going off the price of the software. I wonder if they even give you a copy of Traktor with it.
They seem to have taken the price off the site. Previously this was listed as STARTING from $3875
+360
Why why why?
Not for me, gimme a camera over my setup onto a screen if people really wanna see…
I’m sure some one at BPM mentioned it was gonna be circa £9,000!! Not sure how true that is.
