So I just started a new job recently and one of my managers has this scar going from the corner of her mouth up to her ear. Im talking straight up joker/ black dahlia shit and its extremely noticeable. Now shes a sweet girl and I really dont want to ask her whats up with it because the only reason I can think of for that is some horrific stuff that happened against your will. Can someone think of any other reason, medically perhaps, that you would have that scar?
I’d ask her - I suppose it depends how well you know her but if you chat to her just ask, I’m sure she’s come to terms with it.
Obviously ask in the right way as well
