JBL Speakers - Studio?

I have a set of JBL speakers.

I’m building a studio in the next week, and em curious. I’m posting because I haven’t seen or heard these speakers in 3 years, as they have been in storage. I remember them being in decent condition, and being LOUD. We have KRK 8’s, but were looking for another, more standard reference. Watcha think?
Thanks guys

IMO the Eon’s series 1, 2 and 3 are terrible.

More standard? Just about everyone uses KRKs, they’re about as standard as it gets.

I’ve never seen someone use PA speakers in a studio…couldn’t hurt to see how your mix sounds blasting through a PA system though.
