Juan’s setup (history and present).

Hey DJ’s!
I’ve started to DJ about year 2001 with a Denon 2000F (legendary!!). Then i moved on to buy CDJ100’s and a Behringer mixer, but i can’t find thoes pictures so the story goes on from when i bought my first turntables and the DJM800 mixer, around year 2007. About this time i played Trance and tribal techno.

2007. Here i bought the Torq DVS system, two 1200’s and DJ800 mixer.

2007. Added 2x CDJ 800’s.

2008. I upgraded to a new Macbook black and Serato, totally worth the money since Torq wasn’t near as stable as Serato.

2008. Full setup, turntables, turntables, cdjs + serato.

2009. Added an EFX-500.

2009. Sold the CDJ’s, the EFX and the 1200’s. Bought 1210’s (black turntables since i wanted everything black and clean).

2009. Bought Traktor Scratch Pro.

2009. Had both Serato and Traktor Scratch Pro for a while trying to decide wich one to play on gigs with.

2010. Sold the DJM-800 and bought an Allen & Heath Xone 92, best buy ever done!

2010. I stayed with Traktor and added a midicontroller, Faderfox LV2 for loops & FX.

2012. And this is present. I bought a Macbook Air and im quite happy with my setup, maybe a new controller in the near future. Or a third 1210…

Lovely! I have the same Blackbook. Looking to get a Xone 42/92, depending on offers, soon. 2x1210M3D’s as well.

Great set-up man, all you ever need!

Sexy set up, only hear great things about the 92

I like the Xone 42! It’s good quality and sounding for its price. But if you have the money then go for the 92. That extra mid and the 4 eq band is totally worth it!

Yeah, i love the ‘sexiness’ of the Xone 92. Sometimes i finding my self watching it closely, every button, knob and fader. It’s a beauty!!
I like the original silver over the new black version.

Pretty much my ideal set up there. Nice one

Thanks m8

Nice set up! Keep those turntables spinning.

that’s one sexy setup

hi, nice setup, I’ve got 2 technics SL1200’s & A&H XONE 92 best mixer ever, i sold my Pioneer DJM900 nexus for it, lost the effects but gained a much higher quality mixer, audio quality is waaay better !

Bichin!
