Just got Audio2 and TP2, and volume knobs are missing??

As the title says, I just got NI Audio 2 DJ and TP 2 comes with it. So I installed TP2 and did the old 3.6.4 mappings, then checked for the new 4.1 mappings. I haven’t been able to make my volume faders SHOW (the virtual knobs) nor do I get volume adjustments when I move the volume sliders. The crossfader does the same issue. I can’t find the solution, so figured I’d serve this one up to the pros. Here’s a screen shot.. notice no volume or crossfader knobs? :thinking:

I used to have just TSP and it worked 100% for the last 2 years. I had another “version” of TP2, but I decided to use the one that came with it instead. The previous version of TP2 worked 100% as well…wondering if it was worth it to have re-installed. :disappointed:
