well, ive decided to change my set up (again) lol. this time ive gone for the Kontrol S4. I decided the X1’s wasnt for me altho very good and i need to free up some space at home so having 2 x1’s a vci-100 and a pioneer djm600 mixer was taking up far too much room. Have adverts for vci and kontrol x1 in the for sale section, will be posting one up for the pioneer djm600 too shortly i would have thought so if your on the look out for one keep your eyes open for that! Cant wait too have it all in the 1 controller now and looking forward to gettin the sample decks and loop recorder functions sooner than April 1st lol…when of course il get my free upgrade to TSP2 i dont think my mrs will see much of me this weekend haha
Congrats! Just try to remember the feeling when you open the box and see that fucking giant beast of a controller. Overwhelming but challenging at the same time. When you turn it on you’ll be like “whoa, so many many buttons and posibilities…” I’ve been 2 weeks with my S4 and everyday discovering something great and useful. You’ll have yer mittens full for a great while!
looks like i might keep one anyways as no one interested in the other one at the mo, starting to feel the vci is not so popular anymore either as had no interest in mine whatsoever up2 now whats about the right price for me to put it up at its got the latest se overlay, yellow knob abd fader kit on it and its flashed to 1.4 with the firmware kit included…
