Just Purcahsed my S4!!

hey guys

just installing and updating to 1.0.1 atm which is taking ages due to my slow net connection atm.

Is 1.0.1 needed or would you recommend just playing around with 1.0.0 while i wait for the traktor 2 email and just update then??

Congrats! I must say its a must do that you do install the update, or else you experience loads of bugs and wierd things. Just read the change log:slight_smile: Hope you like the unit, and get on “spinning” those tracks! =)

been going for the last couple of hours, everything running great with 1.0.1, perfect audio.

takes a while to get used to the layout, starting to get a bit faster.:sunglasses:

I think you need the initial installation to be ‘tagged’ as an S4 owner at NI so as to receive the update. Just been through the process. I’m afraid the update is almost as lengthy a process, but is SO worth it. I did not spend THAT much time on 1.0.0, but TP2 is way better.

I contacted them before i bought it, and they said you will receive an email within 48hrs of activation with T2,

which has just arrived in my inbox. :slight_smile:

NICE! Get on with it, i dont know exactly why, but TP2 seemes better… cant realy put my finger on it:stuck_out_tongue:

I concur - and I’m colour blind! Kidding - but I dig the ‘x-ray’ option for monochromatic waveforms. Everything just seems ‘smoother’ and more ‘intuitive’,
