Just to brag, be proud and say thanks.

So, I’ve been DJing for 17 years now and it’s always been something I’ve done on the side, whenever I felt like it, haven’t pursued it for over 10 years.

Then I was just randomly asked to do an audition at Nordic Bar in Malta where I live. (I was raised in Sweden). I did my audition on a Wednesday, got hired on the spot. On Friday they fired the resident DJ (or he left, the stories are different depending on who you talk to) and made me resident.

2 weeks later, the owner of Nordic Bar was the organizer behind the Ja Rule concert and I was asked to headline the DJ booth. Done!

Now on the 26th of February I’m headlining for Flo Rida.

And I’m in negotiation to headline for 50 Cent if the contract is sealed for March 30th!

yeah, hiphop, rap, rnb, reggaeton. I try to bring in everything from east to west, under, middle and overground :slight_smile:

DjMaxOne: My setup is Dell XPS 1330, Vestax-VCI-100 (my own, very basic mapping, I want to master it completely before I start jerking off into the world of cues and effects), Echo PC express DJ soundcard and Traktor Pro 1.2.
