Just upgraded…nothing happened

This seems like a really stupid question…

Is NI going to email me a serial number for my upgrade or something? I purchased the upgrade from Traktor Pro to TP2 about an hour ago but my account already had TP2 (a full license thought I got from the X1 deal) so I didn’t download TP2 when it gave me the option. I was expecting it to apply the upgrade to my account but when I click on registered products, it has “Traktor Pro” and “Traktor Pro 2 for Kontrol X1 Summer Deal” (or something along those lines). How do I get the Traktor Pro 2 Upgrade applied to my account? I was expecting to get a serial number in my email but it hasn’t come yet…am I just impatient?

Let me know if this doesnt make sense, it’s kinda confusing.

Yes, you need to wait for a new serial. Check your spam folders and give it some time before worrying.

Why did you buy the Traktor pro 2 upgrade when you already have Traktor Pro 2?

I figured it’d be easier to sell a copy of TP2 for around $90 than a copy of TP1 for $50. Good deals get me every time, I just couldn’t pass it up :roll_eyes:

EDIT: I guess I was just impatient. Came through earlier today. I’m not sure why mine came through so much faster than everyone complaining on the NI forum (sorry for posting here, didn’t think to check that forum until after i’d posted here).
