Kontrol Z2, Yes or No?
Hi guys,
I have the opportunity to buy a Z2 from a guy and I was wondering what you guys would pay for it. He’s asking 700.
It’s $800 brand new from DJTT with free Chroma Caps and warranty, doesn’t seem worth it to me.
Buy a new one.
Get it new or talk the guy down.

Chroma Caps are big improvement over stock caps.

God I wish a Z4 would come out soon.
Oh, it’s coming for sure. The only question is when.
Very few turntablists use more than 2 decks so I wouldn’t be so sure.
Couldn’t agree more, unless they crafted it to appeal to those who don’t use turntables or cdjs.
Or if they want to reach the club DJ market as well…
They’ll need another bump in build quality and a huge increase in standalone features if they want a mixer to compete with the DJMs and Xones in clubs.
I would love to see NI do that with a Z4. I would kill to see NI do their version of the djm2000 Nexus.
If they can make something that rivals the xones and DJM’S and keep it under $1,500 they would sell huge amounts and become very popular
