korg zero 4 and tracktor scratch
after seeing this video I feel in love with the mixer and tracktor scratch vinyl control.
Traktor Scratch is really great. The time code is smooth and I am a die hard Traktor supporter.
I haven’t used the Zero4, but I think, on a lot of levels, it isn’t necessary. Especially with Traktor Scratch combined with Traktor 3 and a MIDI controller or two, using an external mixer… which is a LOT cheaper.
Are there any good deals on traktor scratch anywere on the web? Can i use an other sound card or only NI A u d i o 8 is supported?
You need to use Audio8DJ for Traktor Scratch. Trust me, though, that’s far from a bad thing. It’s a pretty good interface, all around.
The exception is using Traktor Certified mixers (like the Zero4). If you use those you don’t need the interface.
