so I’m working on a tweaked version of the instant gratification mapping to use with my launchpad/x1 rig. It’s going really well and I’m so happy I streamlined my set up but I was wondering if anyone out there could help me with the little glitch I’m trying to fix…
it a problem with the effect command chain, for example press and hold gater 1 then gater 2, release gater 1 and the effect turns off same is true of the beatmasher and so on… if anyone has some mapping tricks to sort this out I would be eternally grateful.. or is it some thing I’m going to have to work around.

Im also looking for help mapping the Launchpad with the Instant Gratification FX mappings. I spent my entire day in and out of automap 3.7 trying to figure this out but with little success. I think I have my lower left 4x4 square mapped to the proper midi and selected the automap midi in under the port but cant get the fx to work correctly. I never hear the beatmasher or see it switched on. I want to do this outside of automap but not sure how to setup the 4 pages. any help would be be appreciated thank you!
kingdomsounds can you post your mapping? It may be easier to help if we can see what you’ve done. But here is a tip. DO NOT USE AUTOMAP. Just connect the Launchpad directly. Automap is a joke.
sounds similar to the issue I am having with an MPD32.
I map beatmasher/gater to a set of 4 pads and all works fine as long as I dont lift any of my fingers. Now this would be fine if I was trying to do a supercombo or what ever but it sucks when the effect turns off because i took a bit of pressure off any of the 4 pads.
