Lautaro’s super table
So, not long ago I was djing with like, nothing, but after 5 years I finally have EVERYTHING I want, and I wanted a cool table to put all my treasure, so I built one.
First, I started with this thick 5cm one-piece wood for the table.
Then, I made this black-iron pipe structure for it.
Boom.
Now, since now I want to learn how to produce music, I decided to add a sliding table beneath it, so, this is what I did last night.
So I ended up with this:
Tidy. I like it.
I cannot begin to tell you how beautiful that looks. I am totally stealing your idea when we get into our new house.
You cannot beat a piece of solid wood as a tabletop. 
But you can beat someone with it haha. I also might steal that idea, my father has plenty of solid oak lumber 
That table is simply beautiful.

That tabletop is beautiful. Was it expensive? (If you don’t mind me asking?)
I live in Argentina, where everything but meat seems to be expensive.
But this piece of wood, custom made to the exact dimensions I wanted (180cm X 50cm x 5cm) from 1 big piece of wood by a carpenter who works making bar-tables and stuff like that, was cheap. Like 75 US dollars
Pipes were a lot more expensive, since they are quite rare and hard to find, so I payed like 250 US dollars for them.
But I’m sure if you live in a more industialized country you can find them cheaper.
I now have a reason to never move to argentina.
