Leave it all plugged in/powered on??
Right then:
Ive got an Audio 10 which requires its own power supply in the form of a 9v adaptor.
Which is fine, However…
The Audio 10 has no power on/off switch. So to power down the sound card i have to pull the plug out of the back of the sound card or turn it off at the mains. Alternatively i can just leave it powered on all day/night.
Now, i dont really like leaving stuff powered on when im not using it, nor do i like just cutting the power from equipment either…
Any thoughts on whats going to be more damaging to the life of the Audio 10? Leaving it on 24/7 or literally having to pull the plug after each use?
Would be cool if there was a shutdown option from whithin traktor or something. If such a function does exist i couldnt find it in the manual.
