LED Light Problem w/ S4

So everytime I fire up my S4, the LED lights on the S4 don’t show up. I’m not sure what the problem could be. Perhaps the USB cable is messed up? I’ve already re-installed drivers & updated Traktor as well. They still don’t light up when I’m using my S4 :disappointed:

Scratch that, I fixed the problem but there’s still one existing problem; Deck B is playing and when I move the cross fader towards the left the volume doesn’t cut at all. Even if I have it all the way left. This problem doesn’t exist with Deck A though.

for your crossfader problem:
Bring up the crossfader on your screen, if it isn’t showing already.
Then check if A&C (and only A&C) are white letters on the left side and if B&D (and only B&D) are white lettrs on the right side
