LEDs not working
Hi all.
I’m the proud owner of a VCI-100SE Arcade Edition wich just came from USA (I live in Argentina).
I’ve been using the VCI for a couple of hours and noticed that some LEDs (DATA, POWER as well as the FX PRESETS) aren’t working at all.
Tried using USB and external AC adaptors, 2 Mac Mini and 1 MBP all with Snow Leo at 32bit and same problem. Tried 4 USB cables too.
Any idea? Using Tracktor Pro 1.2.4 and TSI 3.5.1

Hi Gaston and welcome to the forum.
Do any of the lights work or is it just the ones you listed? Can you actually control Traktor with the VCI?
When I plug in and turn on my VCI, several LED light up including the Power one which stays lit (even when just lugged into my powered USB hub.
Try playing with the switch beside the USB plug and make sure it is working (especially if you tried it with an adapter with no luck!)

Thanks for the welcome and the answer.
Just FX PRESETS, DATA, POWER and the “SCRATCH” of the left deck (the one just below the yellow “KEY LOCK” print. All other lights works as should be.
When I plug or turn on my VCI (no matter if it’s USB or PS powered) the POWER LED doesn’t turn on. I’ve tried all.
None of this affects hows the VCI performs AFAIK but is really annoying.

Wow, that sounds really weird! I have no idea (but at least it kinda works!).
Unless someone else has any ideas, you should call DJTT on Monday and see what they say. Zach is a good guy and will go the extra mile to sort you out.
