Left Jog not working on S4
Hey all, I just opened up my S4 and found the left jog doesn’t work, the right does. It’s registering my touch though. Any ideas?

You need to recalibrate the jog wheels after installing Pro S4 1.0.1
There’s no option to calibrate the jog in my menu, just cross, etc. I’ll post a pic.
are you using the s4 software… did you update?
You have to upgrade the software to 1.0.1 in Service Center first.
Already did, and now it’s prompting to download again.
Hm, if you have the 1.0.1. update you should be able to recalibrate the jogwheels along with the faders, EQ-knobs and FX-knobs.
Are you sure you’re looking in the right place?
Preferences => Traktor Kontrol S4 => Jogwheel calibration => recalibrate left/right
I’m reinstalling Service Center now, I think I did not have the latest version, (hence why 1.0.1 wouldn’t install).
I have 1.0.1 installed, but there is still no jog calibration in settings? (yes, i’m looking in right place) something that is incredibly easy is giving me a headache this time haha.
Edit: It wants me to reinstall the software??

You said you installed the 1.0.1. update and now it tells you to reinstall?
I don’t really get it 
But anyway, I would just uninstall everything and re-install right from the 1.0.1. update file without running the installer from the CD.
Are you sure your not opening an older version of the software? I’m don’t think S4 behaves the same was as TPRO in creating new shortcuts though.

I have got the same problem. I got mine today, but the right jog wheel aint working properly. I have installed the latest update and recalibrated the jog but its still not working right. Its registering my touch, but I am unable to scratch or pitchbend. What to do?
