Left LED Screen on my Kontrol S5 won’t turn on

I’ve got a problem. My left screen is completely fine, but my right screen just maintains a blank, white color. It’s lit up, that’s for sure, but it doesn’t actually display anything. Any thoughts or similar experiences from anyone? or someone can help me please .
Reboot the computer.
Unplug and re-plug the S5.
Change USB cables.
Change USB ports.
If all that fails, contact NI tech support.
Also try reinstalling Traktor or using an older version. Maybe something got corrupted while updating.
the problem my Kontrol S5 is still in Box i never use it ;
and when i connected to my laptop is see that the screen of the Deck B Upturned in the Deck A like in the photo
and after i press any bouton of Deck A it back To normal but the Deck B is show a white light
