Let’s compare DJ websites!

Hey everybody, I’ve been working on a website, and if you’ve got a minute, I’d love to know your thoughts on what I’ve got so far. Anything from content, to wording, to business practices in general, I’d truly appreciate some input.

Anybody else have a DJ site they’re working on and want some feedback for?

I really like it, Anski! The layout is really clean, color scheme is good…but you charge for house parties? I have a hard enough time even getting people to -throw- house parties with me…let alone make money doing it.

My website is here: http://kryticalhit.webs.com/

Anski, I like it! http://sambirchenough.com/

Super classy.

btw i was browsing your party pics and I can’t help to share one with the community :

IMB4 DJTT HAIRCUT

(no offence intended, i just found that was fun, and a shame not to share  )

very nice site Micah. clean and good use of full width with resizing background etc. i haven’t even thought about what to put on my site yet (temp rss aggregator for now) but i do have a cool domain name i think  DJism.com

well… if u read it like DJ-ism and not D-Jism

Cool stuff guys …

Take a butchers at http://sherlockohms.org for my take on stuff like this …

Like the site, don’t really love the rounded edges on the “content-boxes”…I would also change the body-font. Also, the soundcloud player didnt load. These are just my opinions, otherwise, I think it’s great

nice site micah - looks like a flavours.me template? I’ve been wondering about that for a while.

I’d be really keen for some feedback on my recent project - buff basslines. - blog, radio show, music collective etc

Site’s here - http://buffbasslines.co.uk/ - have a listen to the podcasts if you have an hour or two to kill, I can guarantee you’ll find good music

heres mine, very much still a work in progress, i only started it because of this thread http://www.djbrianjohnstone.webs.com/
