Loading massive into ableton (trial version)
Hi.
I’ve recently got into producing, and am still new to this so I need some help.
I recently bought reason 6, and I just bought Massive without too much research because I heard they’re commonly used and is a great synth choice.
my problem is, it turns out I can’t load the damn thing into reason!!!(officially not supported)
I’ve looked into options and seems like the only way to go is to ‘rewire’ other DAW such as ableton.
I watched the tutorial, and looks like I just can’t locate the massive VST plugin for me to load into ableton. Tutorial vids online says that I need to look for a massive .dll file, which I don’t see on my C:/ProgramFile/NativeInstrument/Massive folder.
could this be because I’m on Ableton trial version?
I don’t mind learning how to use another DAW, but I DO NOT want to spend another $500, just so I can utilize the massive I just paid for!!!
I know I haven’t done the homework on my part, before purchasing massive but anyways..anyone got any tips?
I’m looking into reapers as an option, just because they’re affordable and all..
thanks in advance.
