Looking for a laptop
Hwy whats up DJTT, im looking to purchase a laptop for my dj’n needs. I dont have money really for a macbook pro…but i was thinking if i got a fast enough pc based laptop with a lot of ram i should be good right? Ill be mainly using TSP and maybe touchosc, along with maybe up to four midi controllers.
Im interested in this one.

EDIT: That’s a SICK set-up for just 500 bucks. If you’re going to drop that much you can get a Dell Mini 10v which you can just pop a snow leopard CD into and turn it into a Mac Book Pro. No Joke. I’d just do that if I could do things over again.
Mine was able to handle a Maschine, Oxygen 8, and Midi Fighter. I don’t think another midi controller will affect it. I’ve been trying to sell it. I’ll go pretty cheap since I understand how hard it is to DJ without a good laptop. Send me a message with your budget and we’ll see what I can do ;D

Dell Mini 10v and hackintoshing it is a great idea for a cheap mac computer. But for the same price of a Mini 10v you can get a nice HP laptop with more power if you plan on running just windows.
Not bad laptop but ive always had problems with acers.
Yeah im trying to get a mac so i have less problems with traktor and midi
