can just be unit no software as i already have one…

They’re still on sale for $399 pretty much everywhere until the end of the month. I saw Pro Audio Star had a couple of open box store demos the other day for $349. Quite a few people on here have dealt with them and I’ve never seen any complaints.
Sweet i just looked on guitar center and they also are pretty cheap
