Looking for a song…

Hey,

Heard a song on the radio tonight, no matter how much i google the few words i remember, nothings popping up :confused:

The lyrics were “i got to get up, you got to get up, we got to get up”, or something very similar..

Any help in finding this song would be awesome :slight_smile:
