Rekids, Radio Slaves record label, is a good place to start in general. Cadenza and Desolat are two other labels that would be up your aisle as well. They specialize in extended stripped down ethnic grooves with that hypnotic feeling in there as well. Really good stuff all around be it tech/techno/house they all share the same aesthetics.
And check out this guy named Jason Bay, heard he’s doing some good stuff at the moment
