Loose Encoder Knob on Maschine MK2

Hey guys, i´ve got a little problem with my Maschine MK2. One of the encoder knobs is a bit loose. It seems like the silver ring in wich the encoder sits is a bit off or not thightened.

The knob is working without any problems.
Does anyone has or had the same problem and knows how to fix or thighten it?

Assuming it’s loose you should be able to tighten it up again with some pliers (the pointy kind)
