Macbook and Traktor Pro 2

Hey guys im having a slight problem with my Hercules RMX controller running Traktor Pro 2 on my Macbook.

Now im having trouble with the crossfader. Basically deck a or deck b (Its happend with both) when the crossfader is say fully to the left you can hear both decks playing but when i take it fully to the right i can only hear deck b like it should be! Sometimes its been deck b playing both songs and deck a being ok.

When i start up Traktor initially everythings ok for about 10 mintues then it starts doing this??

Anyone know away around this, its never happend before until now?

Also on my Windows laptop when im configuring my laptop to Traktor Pro 2 in audio devices my Hercules RMX doesnt come up as a selectable soundcard. Last week it did now its not comming up at all when plugged in?

X fader issue sounds like - a dodgy x fader might only happen after the unit warms up
Regards the windows issue did anything change recently e.g. Updates, new devices etc .. Try reinstalling the driver

Does the software crossfader in Traktor stop moving properly when the problem occurs?
