Macbook Pro for £600, Good deal?

Was just able to get my hands on a 15" 2010 Macbook Pro for £600. It’s around a year old and in good overall condition apart from a few minior scratches.

The girl that’s selling me it bought it for £1350..

I was on Gumtree and see they are selling for around £700-900. Do you guys think it’s a good deal?

I’m not sure on the full spec but i know it is 4GB of memory and probably just the lowest spec HDD but this two things would get upgraded to SSD and 8GB.

Get the serial number mate and I’ll check it on my Apple Service site to see if there is any repair history, if you want?

Sounds like a good deal though if it’s the 2010 version with i5 processors

Thanks Lecko, i’ll take you up on that offer but i won’t get my hands on it until tonight so will most likely post the serial number tonight or tomorrow morning..

It would be appreciated. I think it will probably have the i5 processor. Luckily enough it’s being bought from a friend.
