main out or booth out for best quality
hello i am using traktor s2 and i want to know what’s the best output for having best quality when i am djing at a club and i have to connect it with a mixer. main out or booth out? i know that for booth there is a knob at the back and for main a knob at the top of the controller but what’s the main difference?
I would use the main out to go to the mains. The booth out is intended to go to the booth speakers. The main is balanced so it’s better for stretching long distances where you might experience interference. The quality is nearly identical except for the ohm rating which has more of a correlation with what speakers you’re using for the mains.
