Mapping help - how to map 4+ functions in a jog wheel?
Can anyone tell me how to map 4+ functions to a jog wheel?
I presently have 3 modifiers only used in 1 state each (M1 = 0 & 1, M2 = 0 & 1, and M3 = 0 & 1)
I’ve mapped all of this in to a jog wheel on cc01.cc.47 on a Hercules RMX:
• Jog + Scratch + tempo for decks A
• Jog + Scratch + tempo for decks C
• Dry/Wet amount for (FX bank 1)
• Effect 1 on for FX Unit 1
I would like to add the ability to browse (while holding modifier 1 only; M1 = 1).
That includes these commands:
• List Select Up/Down
• Only Browser Toggle
I can’t get them without messing up my deck controls (modifier 2; M2 = 1 or the FX Fader (modifier 3; M3 = 1) modes.
I’ve included just that part of my mapping. Does anyone have any solutions? I’ve gone back to a two deck mapping (maybe the most I’ll be able to get is 3 decks?).
