Mapping is right, but isn’t functional after restart of Traktor!

I’m about to release a pretty sweet launchpad mapping and I was wondering, if someone
knows this phenomenon:
I have set a certain mapping, that works perfectly. But after restarting Traktor, although everything seems to be alright, the mapping doesn’t do, what it did before.
To make it work again, I have to map the exact same MIDI-Notes to the lines, that don’t work.
So overwrite the lines with the notes they actually already have and then it works again.
This could of happen if you got a lot of modifiers in your mapping. Does this started to happen after some bigger re-arranging commands in a single device?
Well yes, there are a lot of modifiers involved and it could be indeed
something like u think.
But I’m pretty sure there are no confusions or unwanted mod states since it only depends on
4 mods being on or off respectively. The odd thing just is that, as I said, it works perfectly again,
when you just remap the exact same values to the mapping line that aren’t doing what they’re supposed to!
