mapping kontrol f1 sample volume adjustment
i was wondering if it was possible to midi map the sample volume adjustment like in dj endos video at 13:20
Hey mate, F1 is creating that volume trick by changing the Gain amount for each Remix Deck Cell. Unfortunately NI has decided to keep Gain mappings locked (for now) so this feature still isn’t a mapping option for other controllers than an F1.
Hopefully that changes soon and NI will update it!
Also if your watching Ni we need more modifier conditions!!!
do you know if gain changes to a remix save are suppose to be saved when exporting a remix deck? For some reason my won’t save the changes..
Hey dstep! Have you disabled ‘Set Auto-Gain When Loading Samples’? -Can be found under Preferences > Remix Decks > Remix Deck Layout
thanks for the response! yes i have and still nothing gets saved when i right click and export the remix set.
if i change the start position of a sample that as well won’t save.
Just tried saving sample cells to various settings and they look good. I usually export them with a mapping command and it works every time. Manual method works for me too.
Perhaps your Traktor Setting file is corrupted and you need a new installation wizard to reset all settings to default.
