Mapping Problems with American Audio VMS2

So I got a VMS2, works fine with Virtual DJ blah blah blah.

Take it on to Traktor 2, Setup Wizard, do that, then bam.

Left table : Deck A
Left Volume : Deck C
Right Volume : Deck A
Every knob on Right side : Deck A
Every knob on Left side : nothing

Can anyone help me? :<

Any pics to see whats my set up is can be provided.
(I’m also semi new to traktor.. :<)

And yes, I’ve tried using Traktorbibles versions. Neither worked for me.

That’s strange… Did you set MIDI in/out ports to your controller?

Thanks. Everything seems to be going alright now, except the effects which I’m going to play with I think.

That’s good to know. What’s wrong with effect controls? Like they are working in Traktor when you try using it with mouse but knobs don’t move in screen when you control it from controller?

Problems with the vms2

Hey guys so im new to this forum and just got my vms2 today. im on the verge of ripping my hair out as i can’t figure out for the life of me why my crossfader and volume control for each deck arent working. I have two floor speakers hooked up and it seems that each deck just plays out of the corresponding speaker regardless of the crossfader position. also the band eq knobs arent working. ive been online for 3 hours now trying to figure out the problem and i saw that youre supposed to go into configuration and set it as external mixer but im not able to choose the vms2 as my soundcard. Please help!

Make sure your mixing is internal dude. Use external mixing only when you have mixer and external audio interface hooked up.
